100 Hours Teacher Traning

100 hours Yoga Teacher Training Program in India

The 100 hour Yoga Teacher Training Program (Pre-TTC) is part of the 200 hour TTC Yoga training. This program is specially designed for students who do not have the opportunity to complete the traditional 4 week course (200 hours). Instead, there is the possibility to complete the 200 hour TTC course in two sections. These two sections must be completed in the year of commencement in order to successfully complete the course. The curriculum follows the standards of the 200hr YTTC Yoga Alliance training.

  • Principles of anatomy applicable to any posture
  • The Science and Art of Arranging a Yoga Course Correctly
  • Correct assistance
  • How to consciously observe and perceive the body

  • Yoga History and Philosophy
  • An introduction to the subtle body and meditation
  • Sanskrit names of the different postures
